Urban Natural Areas

Community GroundWorks manages the Troy Gardens Natural Areas Program in addition to facilitating community outreach activities. We provide trainings, tours, and fieldtrips in the Troy Gardens Natural Areas and we facilitate community educational sessions, such as "Urban Forestry 101" public forums and Emerald Ash Borer awareness activities. We hire five interns per year to assist with program activities and rely on hundreds of dedicated volunteers.
