Executive Director

Community GroundWorks, a non-profit organization that connects a diverse network of people to nature and local food, is looking for an Executive Director to lead our organization. Successful candidates will have a minimum of three years of experience and demonstrated skills in nonprofit development, management, administration and fundraising as well as excellent written and public speaking skills and dedication to working in a collaborative work environment.

This is a full-time position. Evening and weekend hours are required. Salary is commensurate on experience with a range of $40,000 – 58,000.
